Confirmed my identity in advance using the myAIS app. The app is being updated, and new features are being added, so please insert the photo I attached into the instructions where you select "Verify identity to activate your SIM." If I select "Install eSIM," it says "Information not found." There's an issue with the frames when taking a photo of the first page of my passport. These frames indicate where the passport photo should be—the bottom half, the middle half. If one part fits within the frame, the other doesn't. Therefore, I have to take a photo so that not only the first page but also part of the adjacent page fits within the frame. There are no issues; my passport number, last name, first name, and date of birth were recognized. There are issues with selfies. The first time, the camera rotated 90 degrees, across the screen, and I didn't get the face frame. My ears didn't fit within the ear frames. After a few minutes, the app reported a timeout, and the second time, the selfie camera took the photo correctly. You need to blink to take a photo. Confirmation is instant.
