My second independent trip to Honolulu felt much more familiar than my group tour a year ago; everything felt welcoming and pleasant. The Hilton Resort not only boasts beautiful scenery but is also incredibly convenient. My wife and I went to DFS almost every day, and I remember shopping all the way there on our last day, the eve of Thanksgiving. The Hawaiian weather was wonderfully pleasant. Next time, I plan to visit other islands to experience different scenery, and of course, some shopping is always a must.

I used snorkeling during a trip with friends. After the guide gave us a lesson on how to snorkel, we actually went underwater and were surprised to see so many fish even in the shallows.

This time, I booked the five-in-one package, which was very convenient to use—just scan the QR code on my phone. Besides the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we also visited Okinawa World (Gyokusendo Cave) and the Ocean Tower on Kouri Island. Each place was fantastic and well worth exploring. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is famous for its massive "Kuroshio Sea" tank, where you can observe whale sharks and stingrays swimming up close—a truly breathtaking experience. The aquarium showcases Okinawa's coral reefs and deep-sea ecosystem, and also features a dolphin theater and sea turtle exhibits, making it both educational and entertaining—a must-visit for families and tourists alike.

The tour leader wasn't Asian, but spoke fluent Mandarin and even Taiwanese, which was quite interesting. There were safety and operational instructions in Chinese before the trip, so there was nothing to worry about. Although I was traveling alone, I was lucky to meet other Taiwanese people, and the tour leader even called us "Team Taiwan," which was very touching. The provided clothing was also very cute; I'll definitely do it again next time I'm in Okinawa.


