Even though I can't speak English, I decided to join after reading everyone's reviews. I thought the bicycle tour was after dinner, but it was before dinner, so I couldn't join. It's a shame I didn't check properly.

Took the bus from Sapa to Ninh Binh and the highlight was definitely the staff member who handled my booking, “Trang”. She double-checked my dates and timing the moment I booked it. Reminded me about the booking, and even made sure I got on the right bus and transferred properly to my hotel. Really made the whole experience smoother. Big thumbs up to her. (Photo is me sitted up and not fully lying down) Only nitpick is the same as always: leg space isn’t great if you’re tall, but that’s just how buses are. Other than that, everything went well.

Overall, it was good. I didn't like the bike route; there wasn't enough time in some locations. Overall, the boat route was the highlight of the tour.
