Reviews: I-Resort Hot Mineral Mud Bath

We loved everything: we bought a ticket that included a mud and herbal bath, water park access, and lunch. The pre-paid lunch comes with a separate menu, but the selection isn't very extensive. When visiting the mud baths, the staff helps you go through all the procedures in the correct order, which was very convenient. The water park has three slides, mostly used by children. We rode each slide once, and that was enough for us. We spent about 4-5 hours at I-Resort, not rushing anywhere, which was plenty of time. They only gave us one towel at the entrance: one for drying off and one for placing on a lounge chair. The showers also don't have shampoo, shower gel, or soap (so if you want to wash properly, you'll need to bring your own). They gave us swimsuits at the entrance, but we wore our own. The lockers for personal belongings are locked with a key, which you wear on a bracelet. I also recommend bringing a waterproof case for your phone, and you can also put your paper ticket there (you'll need it for the mud baths and lunch) so you don't have to go back to the locker.★

We made a reservation the day before, and they came to our hotel after contacting us by email and phone. It was a snorkeling tour visiting two islands. At the first spot, I got stung by a jellyfish. At the second spot, there were no jellyfish, and lots of fish, and it was beautiful to see them gathering around the person who was feeding them bread! I think they gave us plenty of time to snorkel. Lunch was also a great experience with local Vietnamese food. We got back around 2 PM, which was a little late, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to check beforehand. We were very satisfied!★

The captain was very cheerful and the trip was excellent. They picked us up and dropped us off right at the hotel, contacted us via WhatsApp beforehand, and fed us. When we arrived at the first island, we swam, and later inflated the water slide. The crew was responsive and offered beer, fruit, and alcohol.★

I really liked everything. It was beautiful and atmospheric. The guys worked hard, and the service was excellent. The only thing is, the food in the restaurant isn't very varied. But that didn't spoil the experience. I recommend it.★

Everything went well. We were picked up from our hotel in the morning: the guide arrived first, followed a few minutes later by a minibus (the guide obviously had a tracking device to track the bus). Then there was a short wait at the port with cakes, pastries, and iced tea, and then onto the boat. There was a barbecue at the second location: kebabs, vegetables, and two buns—more than enough. Then there was fruit. On the way back, there was hot tea and pastries. Snorkels are provided. There are additional paid services, such as scuba diving and more. Everyone enjoyed it.
