I really enjoyed the trip. They sent me a text message in advance with the pickup location. The car was comfortable, seating seven. The wide, comfortable seat had a phone charger, wide armrests, and my back was comfortable. The driver gave everyone a bottle of water, which was nice. We stopped at a cafe along the way, where we could get something to eat, drink, and use the restroom. The stop lasted about 30 minutes. The driver drove very calmly and professionally throughout the entire route, including the serpentine roads. There were wonderful views along the rapids. I loved it.★

The service was great. The only problem is tourists from China who disrespectfully were listening to videos and talked on the phone loudly. You should be prepared to meet someone like this and ask for a seat at the back.★

This isn't our first time using this company. The buses are always clean, and everything inside works. They pick you up from your accommodation with a convenient shuttle. They provide water, snacks, pillows, and a blanket on the bus. The ride was quick. We're very happy and will use them again.★

Everything went well. They were late getting in touch, which was a bit worrying. If you have a weak vestibular system, like me, you'll get motion sickness from the moment you start moving. If you lie down and sleep, it's fine. Bring something to cover the pillows they provide (for hygiene purposes), and then sleep on the leather seat. They provide water, a TV, Wi-Fi, and headphones.
