The exhibits were really nice. Animals were very well taken care of. Entrances were moved for both buildings. Made it a bit confusing.

Suzanne, our guide, was fantastic: she explained everything in a very interesting way, and the helicopter tour was definitely worth it! Maid of the Mist was incredible too, and the Cave of the Winds was amazing!

We were completely satisfied. The tour guide was very friendly and the information provided was excellent. We were impressed by his knowledge, and his friendly and humorous manner significantly enhanced the trip. The hotel we booked in Canada far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this tour.
