First of all, I am grateful for choosing this itinerary and fortunate to meet our group driver and Jay tour guide. Seriously, I didn't expect much from the one-day group, but it was really convenient to bring my family together! The night before departure, I received a message from the platform and the tour guide about how we gathered in the morning, how to go and even sent a positioning! This is very intimate and really friendly and reassuring for tourists who come overseas to play without a Japanese contact number! When I left that day, because this group also had English tourists, I saw that the tour guide Jay would allocate time to communicate. At first, I didn’t pay special attention to what he was talking about. When he used Chinese to explain to us, he found that he was very good at telling geographical stories, including the origin of the location name and what the characteristics are. Will not let us spend wronged money! The chat process also learned that we will have Furano itinerary the next day. Although the purchase is not a group with his company, he will also give suggestions according to our needs! He will also help everyone take good photos when he goes to the scenic spot. It was a delightful trip. Our guide, James, was enthusiastic and professional. From the moment we boarded the bus, he used humorous and vivid explanations to weave together Hokkaido's history, customs, and people into a walking documentary, giving us a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the region in just one day. When he learned we wanted to stay in Lake Toya that night and not return with the bus, he immediately offered several options. Thanks to our guide, I was able to capture the scenery of Hokkaido not only in my camera but also in my heart!★

This is the regular sightseeing bus of Shanghai. It departs regularly every day. There are few people and will not change the bus. It departs by car as usual. There is a Japanese conductor, she will be responsible for the interpretation recording, there is a knob next to the seat, and the recording of different numbers corresponds to different languages. Chinese recording is not a standard Taiwanese accent. The seat of this bus is very spacious, the glass is very clear, and the sightseeing effect is very good (the picture is taken through the window glass of the car, very transparent and no dirty things). I've always thought a day trip to Japan was incredibly worthwhile. I initially wanted to join a smaller group, but the larger tour offered a more comprehensive itinerary, so I opted for the larger tour. The group of seven ended up making the trip, a pleasant surprise. Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, was incredibly professional, providing comprehensive explanations in both Chinese and English. His recommendations were also very practical, so I wrote them down in a notebook to help me avoid disappointments with food and drink over the next few days. It's impossible to cover so much in a single day, and I was able to rest well on the bus. It was a fun and enjoyable trip, perfect for someone like me who only wants to see a few things.★

Transportation to Lake Toya is not very convenient. I sincerely recommend joining a tour group. Although the one-day tour was a bit rushed, I saw every classic scenery. The weather was very good that day. Lake Toya and Cape Chikyu were super beautiful. Guide Yang was very careful and patient. He introduced every scenery very well. I give him a five-star rating. I will still look for Ctrip to customize tours in the future!
