Everything was great! On the last day, we realized we needed to buy a ticket. The support chat worked quickly and accommodated all our requests. After we paid for the service, the support team was always in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you so much for your support!
Reviews: [Official Ticket] JR Tokyo Wide Area Pass 3-Day (Electronic Redemption Voucher)
Guest User2026-04-02
Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. Previously, with other platforms, I had to go to the airport to pick up and exchange the pass, but now I can exchange it electronically and simply show my email address upon arrival in Japan. On the first day, I was able to ride the Shinkansen to Echigo-Yuzawa for free!
Reviews: [Official Ticket] Hakone/Hakone-Kamakura/Fuji-Hakone Free Pass (Physical Redeemable Ticket) | Explore iconic Japanese landmarks like Fuji and scenic spots like Shonan from Slam Dunk.

A wonderful tour in Hakone. If you've been to other hot springs, the view of the Hakone fumarole field might be disappointing. But overall, we enjoyed everything: the scenic roads and stunning views of Mount Fuji.
Reviews: Japan bus Ticket Tokyo to Mt. Fuji Station Kawaguchiko Fujikyu Round-trip bus Ticket
Guest User2026-03-29
On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍

Comfortable buses and travel to Lake Kawaguchiko. Booking was easy—we were quickly guided through the chat and found a convenient bus departure time to Fuji. Friendly communication.
