Highly recommended activity. A certain level of fitness is required, although there are no particularly difficult sections. Swimming part of the way is amazing. The final cave and its entrance are beautiful. Our guide, Mohammed Aldighaishi, made the trip very enjoyable with his explanations and helped us every step of the way.★

Our trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We saw the sights of Nizwa, enjoyed stunning views of the canyon, and had a delicious lunch at a mountain restaurant! We were driven in a large, spotlessly clean SUV. The guide was very polite and attentive. We had a fantastic time! This tour is a must-do for everyone!★

What an amazing day trip! We had absolutely nothing but fun. We were picked up from the hotel in a 4x4 pickup truck. We visited Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert with a couple from the USA and an Italian. Mohammed is young but a very experienced driver with a passion for cars and the desert. We thoroughly enjoyed tearing through the desert, sandboarding, and watching the sunset. If you're looking for adventure, you absolutely must book this day trip.★
