First of all, if you're going to Osaka, this is the only option! It's a quick way to get to the city center. And if you're planning on making a reservation, we recommend making it about a month before your departure date, plus two days. For example, if your trip is October 5th, make your reservation for September 7th.★

I'm very grateful to Ctrip for making it so convenient to buy international train tickets. I printed out the QR code and brought it with me. I redeemed my ticket at the white machine at the JR entrance of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport. The machine has a Chinese language option. After redeeming my ticket, I entered the station through the manual channel and took the escalator down one level to Platform 3, which is where the Hello Kitty shuttle bus is located.
