I stayed in Almaty and nearby area. The signal is excellent however there's no signal when I was on the mountain (I think it's the same as other network). For the short period, I cannot connect to the internet so I ask customer service in Trip.com to help solving problem. They responded so fast and help me solve the problem immediately. I'm really appreciated their prompt services.

Only thanks to the seller's excellent customer support was the issue resolved and my money was saved. This eSIM works perfectly. However, don't activate it in Russia; only activate it upon arrival, at least via the free WiFi at the airport.
