As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

Our guide, Zack, was a very thoughtful person who helped everyone take photos and explained the stories behind the scenery. The ticket price and the trip were really worth it, and it's perfect for solo travel and family trips.

The trip was great, except for a few minutes being cut short, which reduced our time at each destination. I suspect this was due to traffic leaving the city and the start of the holiday. It was my mistake not to check the dates beforehand. Despite the unpredictable weather, we were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji appearing and disappearing until the very last moment before our return to Tokyo. As for our guide, Kinny, she was very kind and approachable. Thanks to her and our driver for ensuring everyone's safety throughout the last day of the trip.
