We were routed to Hakodateyama because theres no snow yet in Biwako first week of January. I think it would be best to go there on the last week of February. Nonetheless, we had a great time. The tour guides were helpful and polite. The travel was convenient and comfortable. The place had an awesome view of the Biwa Lake. Be early or be on time and always have your google map ready so that you won't have problem locating the meet-up point.Trip.com Picks
