from the time of the booking, payment, to the pickup and drop off was 5 stars service. Mr Tro the driver was very attentive and skilled, made me feel thoroughly safe. The guide was helpful and kind. The show was amazing. Might be a lot more cinematic during the dry season when they held it in an open air instead of the hall. It was a bit crampped indoors and can get very hot with lots of crowds. Overall, worth eveey penny.

It was an amazing tour by bike, with a very good guide who tells you a lot about the real (country) life, farming, making process of emping, tofu and honey. The bike are good and they have bikes for children en babyseat, incl helmet. Very great tour. Don't hesistate, book this bike-tour!

It happened to be a one-on-one tour, and I was very satisfied with the content. The guide was fluent in Japanese, so it was perfect, and he was very considerate and took lots of photos. This price does not include tickets, so it was quite a splurge of about 13,000 yen extra! (Borobudur about 450k, Prambanan Temple 400k, Mount Merapi attraction 450k rupiah). I especially recommend it for those who want to know more about history!

It was a wonderful morning cycling through stunning rice fields with Mount Merapi in the background. Our guide was Salwa, who speaks excellent English and gives us plenty of time to look around. The glimpse you get into the process of making emping, tofu, and honey makes the trip even more enjoyable and educational. I recommend everyone book this trip; get away from the busy city for a while and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. A solid ten!!!


