The booking was done rather smooth and fast, made me worried i might be scammed. It was a last minute plan, made the booking less than 24 hours before the ride. Hayat was the staff who attended to me with patience and professionalism. I paid €85 for each person - 35 for booking and the rest was paid during pickup. On the day of ride, Artemis staff contacted me to confirm the pickup spot. We were taken there on a van. Before we started the ride, the pilot explained to use what were the safety steps and what to expect during the ride. Each balloon held up to 16 pax. The view up there was spectacular. Would recommend you to take the first ride for sunrise, instead of 2nd ride it would already be all light up. Overall it was a great experience 10/10 would recommend this company.★

The tour was well organised and moulded well to the time of year and potential crowds. We had a great driver and our tour guide Apleren was very knowledgeable, fun and a joy to spend the day with. While I’m sure every guest wishes they could spend more time in the pools, everything ran smoothly and was well spaced out. Thank you for a lovely day out to this beautiful natural wonder.
