From the beginning of the reservation, I took the timely follow-up service and felt very kind. The hotel is in a good location, the equipment is old. But the service is good. Because the room has no signal on the Internet, the hotel immediately adjusted the room after the proposal, although the signal is still very poor. But I feel that I have done my best. It is the subway digging around the hotel, and the travel is a little inconvenient. The overall evaluation is satisfactory.

The trip from Bali (Sanur) to Lombok was overall good, and the boat ride itself was smooth. However, a few things could’ve been clearer. We first went to the trip.com office but were redirected to another location to get our tickets. Despite booking VIP, we had to wait outside and not in the VIP room. Also, we weren’t offered the free water that was mentioned—small thing, but if it’s listed, it should be provided. Lastly, we had to change boats in Nusa to reach Lombok, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It would’ve helped to know this in advance. With clearer instructions and delivery on the promised amenities, the experience would’ve been great.
