Reviews: Tirino River: Kayak Adventure Excursion

A magic experience on the purest water of Abruzzo. Kayaking is sport so expect some sore muscles the next day if you're not the athletic type. But it wasn't too hard even for someone as needy as I am who's not into sport. The tour was 2 hours long. Our guide, Cristina, was really nice and speak really good english. She provided many informations and recommendations for our next visits in Abruzzo! She made our kayak experience so much better! She even suggested that we try to swim or at least stand in the water but 10 degrees (september) water is not our cup of tea (maybe yours?). No obligation anyway, but we appreciated the offer. When you get to the tourist center, we had to follow the guide by car to the starting point, not far from there. It was also the ending point as the excursion is a circle. Both at the center and the starting point you can find food/drinks and restrooms there's a camping nearby the starting point. Do take a change of clothes! And expect kayaking barefoot.
