I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

Setup is right in the Trip app. Everything is simple and fast. We've been to Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. Upon arrival, the SIM card automatically selects a carrier, and you're connected. No hassle with buying a SIM card. Simply fantastic. I shared Wi-Fi with my wife and two kids. The data was more than enough. I'm 100% satisfied.
