We had an amazing experience with the ATV ride! Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed every moment of it. The guides were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole experience. They also took plenty of photos and videos of us along the way completely free of charge, which was a really nice touch. The views were absolutely stunning, and the whole experience was exciting and enjoyable from start to finish. The service is definitely worth the money, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable activity.

Everything was great, from start to finish! 1) I was able to contact the organizer before paying and discuss any concerns I had (right there, on trip.com), and the managers were always available. 2) The transfer was comfortable and on schedule. 3) The starting point had all the amenities, and they offered free water and coffee. I was also able to buy a waterproof bag there (I really needed it—without any protection, my towel got completely soaked in the back of the jet ski; the instructor had warned me about this). After returning, they treated me to some fruit. 4) The instructions were sufficient, even for me, who was trying out a jet ski for the first time. 5) Since it was my first time, and I was a little worried that the jet ski would capsize, I was initially scared behind the wheel. So a Thai guy joined me, who sometimes took the wheel instead of me and helped me catch up with the group. And when I took over, he helped me steer and supported me. It was very nice and really helped! 6) They fed me lunch and gave me water. You won't go hungry.

A fascinating location. Various options for interacting with the elephants, from photography and feeding to rides and bathing with them. Animal food is available for an additional fee. Photos on your phone are included in the price. The elephant handler takes many of them professionally. We didn't opt ​​for the bathing experience, only the ride and feeding. The bathing lake isn't very clean—it's stagnant water. The elephants are clean and don't stink. They're very intelligent. A great experience for both children and adults. I highly recommend it!

I traveled with two children, 6 and 8 years old. All children under 9 must ride in the same car with an adult. Since I was the only adult, I went with the youngest, and the local guide went with the older one. You need to take at least three rides. Since one ride is literally a couple of minutes long, there's no point in taking a ride just for one ride. A separate child ticket is required for children under 9. I bought an adult ticket on trip.com, and the children's tickets were booked on site. Trip.com is a little cheaper than buying them on site. Everything is very organized there. Trip.com has timed tickets, but you can actually arrive and ride at any time. The kids really enjoyed it. The rides are located in the Hanuman World complex, where there are restaurants and cafes. Taxis arrive without any problems. We ordered a taxi through Grab. You drive down the track in a car, get out, board a shuttle bus, and they take you to the start, it takes 1-2 minutes.

We booked the elephant and mangrove tour package. Because we arrived early in the morning, we didn't get to see the mangroves. The elephant was alone, standing still and following commands for photos 🥲. In the end, we visited three islands: the one with the elephant, the one with the monkey, the one with the beach, and the one where we ate. But we specifically went for the jet ski ride, and there was plenty of it. If you're with your girlfriend or wife and she wants to swap rides with you, they allow it. We chose a 180-horsepower jet ski to experience the full range of emotions. Also, be prepared for the initial briefing to be confusing and a lot of information to be shared, but the main thing is to pay attention to the instructor.

Super friendly staff. They make jokes and make the experience more enjoyable. Definitely loved the fact they pick up and drop at your hotel saves trouble and money. I loved it. Tour guides really know how to take their photos as well.
