Absolutely recommend this tour! Excellent guide who was friendly & provided great overview of local history. The grottos and turquoise water are beautiful. My recommendation is book tour before sunset - a really exceptional experience!

Fantastic boat trip in Polignano a Mare! The caves are magnificent and the skipper was very friendly. Just one small suggestion: offer a soda or other drink for the children instead of a spritz.

Daniele was the perfect host and chef. His English skills were excellent. Explaining the science behind the different aspects and components to the dish were do helpful. his wit and humour just added another level to the experience. I would recommend to all.
