i upgraded my basic tour to have a guided one & lunch included however there was only me chose this so they could not oblige. driver was amazing & told me how to make most of Etna even tried to get me on the train but it was gone so I treated myself to lunch & a beer & walked up myself then returned to book todays trip & they gave me a refund for yesterday's missed trip. all in all it was brilliant.★

A fantastic trip! It was a shame we couldn't go into the caves because of the waves, but it was still a beautiful outing. The guide was very friendly and entertaining. On the boat, we were given a choice of drinks and fruit. A really cool experience!
