Our tour guide, Daniel Camarchioli, is absolutely lovely. Knowledgeable, polite, and with a lovely smile. The tour itself is perfect for those who do not wish to hike. It stops at all relevant points across the park for perfect pictures. The two suggestions I’d make are a) lease a bus that has wifi and b) remove the Milodon Caves from the itinerary and get people back to PNT by 5pm. A highly recommended tour overall.

Excellent! The price was even a little cheaper than booking locally, and the itinerary was reasonable. Although my English isn't great, the tour guide was very patient, and the customer service in China was excellent, responding almost immediately.

The hike to the boat was very nice. the guides/crew were very motivated, friendly and knowledgeable. We had sufficient time on the boat and we floated at different angles so everyone could see the Glacier clearly and take pictures. the glacier is beuatifull and the view of the Torres del Paine was breathtaking. It was my wifes birthday and the crew did a happy birthday song for her, giving us our personal high point of the trip. Thank you crew.


