Lots of delicious food exploration and Al was an amazing guide who I cannot thank enough. Food options are going to be heavily focused around meat and corn, so keep that in mind, but some accomodations are possible (and were appreciated!)

Although the photo can't take the intuitive shock of the big castle focus, it has fallen deeply in my heart and mind.
