Although there were two flight changes, they were resolved quite well, which I can understand. Before I could even formally complain, they proactively contacted me on Weibo after noticing my dissatisfaction with the arrangements, and even offered to reimburse my taxi fare to the airport. I found the service very thoughtful and meticulous.

I was worried about the cold weather in Europe when I booked the trip, but it turned out to be warmer than Beijing. Although it was snowing, I didn't feel cold at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The snow-covered mountains were incredibly beautiful, and I was also very envious of the people I saw skiing in Switzerland. Skiing here is incomparable to skiing here. The environment was beautiful and the experience was exhilarating. The trip happened to coincide with the eve of Christmas, so the festive atmosphere was strong, and the Christmas markets were very lively. The little trinkets were exquisitely made and I couldn't put them down. There was also a lot of free time, so I could do whatever I wanted. It was truly an unforgettable trip!
