Meeting at 4:00 am was a bit early, but the sight of the large, puffy hot air balloon was thrilling, and the view from 2,200 feet up was absolutely breathtaking. Hot air provides comprehensive pick-up and drop-off services, along with detailed pre-trip briefings, ensuring a safe and secure experience for passengers. I look forward to my next trip.

The driver and staff were all very humorous and enthusiastic. We flew inland that day and watched the sunrise from a hot air balloon. It was a beautiful and unique experience. The website said there was a flight certificate, but it was not provided. In addition, only photos were provided. Videos were only provided after payment or comments, which was different from what was stated in the booking form.
