The customer service was able to contact and communicate in advance. It was great to check in two classic attractions on a one-day tour. The itinerary was reasonable, the tour guide was enthusiastic and professional, and he explained carefully all the time.

This day was incredible. I highly recommend the Rila Seven Lakes. The Rila Shuttle service was perfect for this experience, as they provide all the necessary information to ensure a smooth day and give you complete freedom to choose the activities you enjoy most. Highly recommended.

A very interesting excursion with Krasi, who was very friendly and told us a lot about the monastery itself, as well as about Bulgarian culture and life. Be careful on the walk to St. Ivan's Cave if there's snow; it's slippery, so wear good shoes.
