We used it on a trip to Central America. Move by land from Guatemala to Costa Rica. On the first day of Guatemala, I was canceled one time because I was not connected, but after that, I communicated with the customer center on the line and connected. It was very helpful that Uber could use it even if the country changed. I think it was several times more expensive if it was a taxi. It was really good because I could see the map to the hostel. I was able to use it more with peace of mind than money.★

A steep but short hike to the great viewpoint of the volcano and the city above the clouds. The horses followed us (VERY closely 👀) and there was a couple ladies who ended up riding them up. The guide gave us several rest breaks on the way up and was good about keeping our group together going up and down. Only disappointment was there was zero pizza or snacks along the way that I had read about. We did "roast" marshmallows by the lava vents which was fun. Long drive there and back!★

My overall experience was GREAT!
The guide Nathanael was VERY knowledgeable and was able to communicate clearly English and Spanish AND was able to share with us all the information in regard to the MAYAS. He answered all questions we came up with.
The driver was also VERY friendly and drove VERY careful all the way from Flores to Tikal. I am very please I chose this tour team. Thank you ★

The park is small but beautiful, I took the VIP tickets with cat.
Audioguides are included, as well as an insensitive experience with glasses.
The beautiful cat, the area cheese, lunch and fruit cultivated in the park.
More than recommended.
