Husband and I booked last minute morning of with the front desk at the Ritz Carlton- and we were blown away! We had no idea what to expect - but we really really wanted to see manatees. That was the only really big thing we wanted on this trip! Not only was Dinko super attentive to me as a larger lady (my husband has a broken shoulder currently so I got to be the solo paddler for us both in a tandem) he helped me in and out of the Kayake and held it for me on various occasions and really paid attention to my needs. He was discreet about it, but I knew he was being a gentleman and it truly meant the world to me that he would make that extra effort.
The trip itself was unreal! I know a lot of luck but also his knowledge of the area and the various animals’ habits assisted him with tracking down all the local birds, dolphins, crabs, and of course, the VIP of the snow, the manatees! We got to experience it all and he really really made sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Five stars! The other gentlemen running the company with him helped us out before hand and after and seemed really friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived fairly early and they updated us twice on when others in our tour where ment to arrive to keep us apprised.
Truly will remember this experience for the rest of my life. Thank you. 🙏
