My friends and I did this tour on the second day of our trip to Guanacaste. We were picked up from the RIU hotel bright and early and picked up a couple more people on the way, it was a long bumpy drive to the national park and back to the resort so if you get car sick definitely bring nausea medication. We hiked around Rincon de la Vieja and saw so many things! Craters, mud pools, iguanas, monkeys, etc. it was very fun. However, some of the older people in our group were having a hard time so I would say it is not a beginner hike. The waterfall was the coolest part and definitely the favourite thing we did, however you have to go down a suspension bridge which was not easy for our friend who is scared of heights. The hot springs were also very neat, it was nice not to be rushed by our guide. The lunch was surprisingly really good! Our guide was super nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I forget his name but it was clear he was very focused on giving us the best experience possible. He had a lot of fun facts for us and was very charismatic, watched over us but never rushed us. We got to stop at a really cool spot for souvenirs on the way back as well. I highly recommend and thank our tour guide for his part in making it a great experience!

Where do I even begin…from the time they were contacted communication was prompt and pricing was transparent. When it comes to value for money the tour was more than worth it. It included zip lining, horseback riding, jungle water slide, waterfall hike, hot springs, mud bath, cultural activities, food and transportation to and from where I was staying. The way the tour was planned was perfect with the hot springs at the end which was wonderful after a long day of activities. Our guide Rene was very friendly and accommodating to us even stopping for us to get some authentic souvenirs on the way back. I highly recommend this company and if I ever return to Costa Rica I would definitely tour with them again. Best day ever!

We were visiting from Cleveland, Ohio, and it was our first time in Costa Rica and my first time booking a private tour . Mr Eugenio was an absolute, perfect guide, patient, understanding and best of all he is a naturalist, he is extremely intelligent and showed us the best of Costa Rica. My daughter drew out a bird guide that had many different exotic bird species, and Mr. Eugenio hit every bird on her list and she was absolutely thrilled. Since he was born and raised there, he knew all of the best places to visit and he did an additional place just so we could see more animals. We also had the best local food in Costa Rica and throughout the countryside that he drove the big, he showed us where are the coffee /sugarcane Fields /banana Fields / dragonfruit trees were located and he stopped the car if he saw any birds or species in the wild and we actually saw toucans in the wild! ( Which was on my personal bucket list ) . We couldn’t have been any luckier and we are definitely returning to Costa Rica for a second trip. I am already recommending my family members to go to this custom tour with Mr Eugenio / Gabriel Custom tours. Thank you Eugene for an unforgettable experience. You are truly one of a kind-

This was so much fun! The bridges are very wobbly so keep that in mind. The views are amazing! Lunch was great and the hot springs was so soothing!
