It's comfortable and fast. I found this train on my first trip to Korea and tried it out. It's not particularly inconvenient even if you don't speak Korean. The scenery is beautiful, so it's a pleasant ride. However, there is also a bus from the airport, so you might want to prioritize that even if it costs more. This train only goes as far as Seoul, so you'll need to transfer.

This was a great tour despite the rainy day. Great pacing but mostly Sunny, the tour guide, was amazing. She was informative, patient and truly always cheerful. We mostly appreciate that she didn’t pressure us to buy anything or force anything on us. The intro videos and music on the bus were a great touch! Lastly the bus driver was sooo friendly. He was very sweet! Great tour!
