The boat ride was beautiful and the captain, Frank, was wonderful. He gave us great information, was personable and very patient with other guests who were talking through his information. We visited caves, circled the island and saw a lot in an hour. It was the perfect activity and very reasonably priced. Because check-in is in a different location from where you board the boat, make sure you heed the directions to arrive 20 minutes before the departure. All of the other guests on my boat came late and it can impact the start of the trip. I highly recommend this tour for the start of your visit to Siracusa. It is a must do!

Excellent time with Giuseppe! We had 5 different food stops, each with unique and very tasty characteristics, initially savory and ending with a wonderful cannolo! He explained in detail about the food, culture and background of the city. So very informative and friendly. We had a wonderful time.


