I had a wonderful time! There were about 15 participants. Families, couples, solo travelers, and people of various nationalities. I booked on the same day. I received a WhatsApp message around lunchtime with the pickup time. I waited in the lobby, and they came to pick me up. They picked up guests from various hotels before heading to the destination. (On the return trip, they dropped us off in the reverse order, but it didn't have to be a hotel; we could choose any location.) I'm not very good at English, but the guide's English was very easy to understand, which I really appreciated. They talked about the floating village and the lake, of course, but also about Cambodia's history and present-day situation. I was also surprised that they remembered everyone's name! The atmosphere was very conducive to asking questions, and they answered anything that piqued our interest. Many people were asking questions. If I have the opportunity, I'd like to visit Cambodia during the dry season. Thank you so much, MENG, for your assistance!

Had a fantastic experience at Kulen Elephant Sanctuary.The elephants are clearly well cared for and treated with respect. Walking alongside them, feeding them, and learning their stories from the guides was brilliant. Loved the ethical focus and the whole vibe. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Siem Reap.
