I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Football fans, you should go! The gates had changed due to construction, which was confusing. It was a shame that we couldn't see the grass because it was the off-season and they were setting up for a live performance. Check the schedule on the stadium's website before you go. Show your e-ticket at the designated entrance gate and receive a new paper ticket to enter. After touring the stadium (it's a one-way route), you go outside, but if you go up the stairs, there are football-related exhibits. Following the flow there will take you outside again to the attached shop.
