My wife and I were at the Sun Moon Lake tour yesterday with Mr. Yang. His license plate number RFL- 7577. He picked us up on a Mercedez Benz mini van frim our hotel on time. He took a lot of high resolution pictures for us and sent the pictures along with a slide show to our What's app at the end of our trip. Which is very nice! The Sun Moon Lake lunch break is at a peer that has more than 100 food stalls. He personally escorted us and recommended what is best at a few food stalls and where to sample free food and buy soyvenirs. Mr. Yang went the extra miles! At the end of the tour, we askeg if he can drop us off to the night market. He said he will see what he can do. Before we know it, he dropped us off at the night market! That saved us 40 minutes bus ride from our hotel. He didn't have to do that, but Mr. Yang go above and beyond to served us! With Mr. Yang's caring attitude, my wife and I had a great day at Sun Moon Lake! Thank you Mr. Yang! See Mr. Yang photo with me!

I purchased a card pre-loaded with 400 NTD to save the hassle of topping it up. The location of the easyfly store for pickup after arriving at Terminal 1 was difficult to find; the information said it was inside the terminal, but it was actually on the MRT ticket gate floor. I was able to pick it up immediately using the QR code and my passport. 400 NTD was just enough for my 2-night, 3-day trip. You can't choose the design, so it's fine if you don't mind that. It was very convenient.

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.
