The driver/guide picked us up at a point near our hotel, which was very convenient and well-arranged. The journey to Alishan was smooth and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and professional throughout the trip. Overall, it was a great one-day trip experience. I signed up for a one-day tour of Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Ranch, and I was very satisfied. There were three groups of eight people, including myself, in one car, and I was so happy to see a Korean family among them. The driving was comfortable throughout the tour, and since I was the only one in the group, the guide took pictures and sent them to me, which I really appreciated. One thing I regretted was that although I booked an English tour, my English wasn't very good, so communication was a bit difficult. I had to rely on body language and a translator. The tour consisted of several groups led by several guides (maybe five?) on a boat together, and two of them spoke English well, which helped with communication. Nevertheless, I was glad I signed up for the tour, and it was a satisfying and satisfying experience. If I had been to all the places on the tour by myself using public transportation, it would have been incredibly difficult. I highly recommend it👍👍👍👍

After booking through Trip.com I was able to go to the THSR website to confirm the ticket and make a reservation for the high speed train. Easy booking and cheaper than the official website. Great deal!
