Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

The tour is as mentioned in the package. Timing for each location is ok. The guide reminded everyone to follow the timings to meet at each location. Overall is good to experience all the locations and no hard selling on foods or products. The guide is good as he recommended what food is nice to try or buy.★

Took me a while to locate the collection stall. Other then that everything ia great as the round trip ticket work well as you have to go to correct platform for express train. The stall do not offer top up services, however it is easy for you to just top up at the train station counter just behind the collection stall. The easy card as well work well without any issue. High recommended★
