Our tour guide, Mr. Yang, was fantastic, with a humorous, almost Xiao Shenyang-esque quality. He spoke fluent Chinese, Japanese, and English. There were people from Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries on the bus, and he patiently explained things to us again and again. We were incredibly lucky this time; the weather was perfect, and we saw everything we could. The whole trip was very enjoyable, and the four main attractions were particularly wonderful. We had plenty of time.★

Although the itinerary was rushed, our guide, Li, was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I forgot to check my email when I arrived this morning, so he told me to look for the yellow flags. There are so many of them at Hakata Station, so it's important to remember to check your emails. Although we did a lot of walking, he called a taxi for me when we returned from Takachiho Gorge. Thank you.★

The scenery along the way was worth the price of admission. It was so beautiful the whole way. I kept taking photos with my camera. The guide, Heather, was also very sweet and considerate. I even made some friends along the way. It was fun. Although it rained heavily and my shoes got soaked, Kitakyushu has a unique charm in the rain.
