We had a wonderful afternoon exploring Tallinn with our guide Max. He was very knowledgeable about the varied history of Estonia. Mac kept us engaged with stories about various things we saw like a random truck in a park! Tallinn is beautiful and has preserved its history well.★

Tallin is a fantastic place to visit. The tour was well organised with hotel pick up and clear instruction for ferry boarding etc. The local guide was very knowledgeable and informative . Tallin is truly lovely and interesting- the tour is a few hours guided tour then 3 hours to explore further and have lunch . The old town of Tallin would be worth a couple of days visit. If you climb the old castle walls for a few - make sure you find out which one has the best view because there are several options. Some of the climbs are a bit strenuous if you are unfit . The ferry journey allows for dining options aswell as several areas to relax . The evening trip home offers spectacular views from the ocean. If you are visiting Helsinki - Talllin is an ideal day trip.★

The most worth seeing is the old town of Tallinn. A bit like Prague or CK, the red roof is dotted with many gothic spires, and it is said that there are more than 60 such spires in the city. The old walls, the paved roads of pebbles and sand, the architecture of different styles, all make it through to the medieval transport hubs and trade centers. The English guides that took us on tour were great, knowledgeable and detailed. If we don't have a guide and let us go blind, we will definitely take a lot of wrong roads and miss many attractions. So if it is the first time to go to Tallinn, there is a local guide to lead, that is a must.★

What a wonderful stop, Tallinn was! Our guide, Irena, picked us up in her Jag! She took us to the city park where the museum and Govt. buildings are including one of Peter the Greats humble homes. Then on to Old Town which was really special. The medieval town is full of sites culminating with the town square which is wonderful. This was one of our favorite days of our cruise!!★
