The staff is easily recognisable while walking to immigration. Just show the airline boarding pass and they will check against their list. Directed to wheelchair immigration lane. Entire process took less than 20 mins (touch down at tsl international airport at 1940hr on a sat). Without the fast pass, would take easily 3 hours.
