The trip from Kunming to Lijiang to Shangri-La to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain went smoothly and was very enjoyable. The only regret was that we went to Pudacuo National Park in Shangri-La at the wrong time of year; the grasslands and wildflowers weren't in bloom, making the scenery drastically different. At Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, we took the cable car, and I even climbed to the 4680-meter platform. The meals during the trip were also quite good, especially the plentiful food in Lijiang. On the last day in Kunming, our group of 10 even went to Yixinyuan Restaurant for lunch at our own expense. That evening, our flight back to Shanghai went smoothly, concluding our trip.

Eliza was an excellent guide. She was always cautioning us regarding the importance of watching our steps. We went on our own for lunch. I advise that you avoid The restaurant l'angolino di Mirko as they gave poor service cold food and high prices for the entres.the villa Adriana is amazing as are the fountains at villa d'este .
