Tokashiki Island, just a 40-minute high-speed ferry ride from Naha Port, is definitely a hidden gem for a day trip in Okinawa! ✨ A shuttle bus takes you directly to Aharen Beach after disembarking. The "Kerama Blue" water is so clear it's like a transparent sapphire; just a few meters out, you'll encounter colorful corals and schools of fish. If you're lucky, you might even spot a sea turtle slowly brushing past you while snorkeling! The island has no noisy water sports, fine white sand beaches, and an observation deck offering panoramic views of the entire bay. Even the breeze blowing through the coconut palms carries the soft scent of sea salt. The included Okinawan curry rice is warm and comforting, and the relaxed feeling of not having to rush is incredibly soothing. Watching the sunset spread across the sea on the return ferry in the evening, even your worries are gently swept away by the waves.★

It was my first time snorkeling, so I was scared, but they double-checked the safety equipment and brought me back if I drifted out of the safety zone. Luckily, I was able to see a turtle as soon as I entered the water. However, they scared me quite a bit by telling me to be careful of the turtle, so at first, I was busy dodging them haha. Please keep this in mind if you want to take a photo with a turtle. I didn't bring a waterproof case because I saw reviews saying it wasn't necessary, but I still recommend bringing one. The photographer took a lot of pictures, but I was a bit disappointed because there was a specific fish I wanted to photograph. The underwater world was so incredibly beautiful and made me so happy. I highly recommend it.★

Choosing this tour was the best decision I made during my entire Okinawa trip. Compared to island hopping for snorkeling, this tour was cheaper and had a shorter travel time, avoiding the chances of my child getting seasickness and allowing more time to enjoy snorkeling. Our hotel was conveniently located near the pick-up point, and the bus ride to the port took less than 10 minutes. After settling in at the meeting point, we set off together, and in less than 30 minutes, the boat took us to the snorkeling spot. With the instructor's help, we put on our gear and went snorkeling. The only slight fear was at first, but the life jackets kept us afloat. The most exciting part was encountering sea turtles, and they even swam around us! It was so much fun. The instructor even took photos for us, and the three of us were all very happy. My child even said he wanted to do it again when we got back to shore. I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip!★

During this National Day holiday, I took my family to Okinawa for vacation and booked a local chartered day trip, a tour to Tokashiki Island, and a deep-sea fishing experience through Ctrip. The entire trip was impeccable in terms of service, quality, and attention to detail—a full five-star review!
What impressed me most about this trip was the customer service team's exceptional coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility. During the National Day holiday, a typhoon hit, causing the ferry to Tokashiki Island to be temporarily cancelled. I was incredibly anxious, worried that our carefully planned itinerary would be ruined. However, the customer service representative who was assigned to us was even more dedicated than we were. They tirelessly communicated with all parties involved, monitored the weather and ferry schedules in real time, and continuously rescheduled and adjusted our schedule. Even as the itinerary was revised repeatedly, the customer service maintained immense patience and high efficiency. Ultimately, thanks to their efforts, we successfully arrived at Tokashiki Island, and they even perfectly coordinated our deep-sea fishing trip to a suitable time slot!
Besides the excellent itinerary coordination, what impressed me most was their meticulous after-sales support: After our island tour, we accidentally left an important backpack on Tokashiki Island. We had already left the island and were very anxious. After contacting the shop, they immediately contacted the island staff to retrieve the backpack and then thoughtfully shipped it back to us via international express! This exceptional service, exceeding our expectations, made us feel incredibly warm and reassured.
The specific experiences of each itinerary were also outstanding:
One-day chartered tour (Naha Hotel ➔ Hokusai Aquarium ➔ Motobu Genki Village): The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. The driver was very steady and had an excellent service attitude. The itinerary was well-planned and flexible, with ample time; my family was very satisfied!
Kadena Port deep-sea fishing trip: We chose to go deep-sea fishing from Kadena Port, and the entire experience was amazing! The boatmen and instructors were incredibly professional and enthusiastic, providing excellent care. The sea fishing trip was smooth and enjoyable, definitely one of the most unforgettable highlights of the trip.
A truly outstanding travel service isn't just about smooth sailing in good weather, but also about the professional response and warm support shown by the business when faced with unforeseen circumstances like typhoons. I highly recommend such a reliable and dedicated business; I will definitely use them again next time I'm in Okinawa!★
