Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.

Taking the Skylier from the airport to Ueno, Tokyo was very convenient and comfortable. I bought my ticket through Trip.com and exchanged it for a physical ticket at the airport counter, avoiding queues and saving a lot of time! I'll definitely take the Skylier again next time I'm in Tokyo.

The one-day tour of Mount Fuji was excellent. Our guide, Hiraki, was fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, making communication seamless and providing meticulous care for everyone. Fantastic! He even brought a camera to take photos for us, which was incredibly kind of me, a solo traveler. Highly recommended! Best of luck!

We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to Mount Fuji with Lin as our private driver and guide. She was exceptional from start to finish! Her communication was outstanding, and she kept us informed and comfortable throughout the entire day. Lin was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history and significance of each place we visited. What impressed us most was how she explained everything to our children in a way they could easily understand, making them curious, engaged, and genuinely excited about each activity. She customized the itinerary to suit our family’s needs and was extremely accommodating, patient, and flexible with all our requests.
