The plane was 6 hours late on the day of departure, but Trip.com , the airline, everything was arranged and connected very well. The claim settlement process that came back was also handled quickly under the guidance of the customer service staff. It was a throughly pleasant journey enjoying Huashan’s spectacular views. Tina has been very helpful and kind enough to explain everything about Xian and Huashan’s story. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Xian and Chinese history. The schedule worked well with our family trip. I highly recommend Tina and this package especially who wants to enjoy hassle free Huashan trip. Thanks again, Tina. You made our day in Xian perfect.
