Started at 8:10 am, first stop was the cruise it is amazing rate it 10/10, a one at a life time experience. Niagara on the lake is worth visiting. The guide was helpful and professional. However, the route is different with the description winery weren’t in the tour, the lunch which supposedly serving course menu was change to some shitty buffet. Can’t give it out even the experience were overall good. ★

The hotel shuttle service was pretty good, especially if you're staying at the hotel. However, after the morning shuttle, you'll need to return to Dundas and catch the shuttle together. Each itinerary offered plenty of flexibility, so you didn't feel rushed!★

The guide was incredibly friendly and kind, and the driver was also very helpful. In his opening greeting, the guide said, "I hope you all become friends and become friends! I consider you all my friends too!" The tour was filled with a warm atmosphere. I was traveling with a toddler, and there were no other children in the group, but everyone was considerate of my child, smiling and chatting with him, which I appreciated. The meeting point and time were clearly and easily explained, and we received plenty of information along the way. The tour was just right, so we didn't feel rushed. We enjoyed a leisurely view of Niagara Falls from above, a cruise after lunch, winery tastings and shopping, and free time in Niagara-on-the-Lake, making for a truly fulfilling day. The bus pick-up time was also on time, which was very helpful. (As a Japanese person, I've often been late on tours overseas.) I highly recommend this tour!★

An excellent tour. Far above expectations. A wonderful guides who (Lina) who told lots of stories with enthusiasm and joy for her job. Well organised, keeping us on time and making sure everyone was back on the bus on time. Compliments also to the driver. The bus was clean and comfy with good views. We did a couple of additional activities (Behind the Falls and the Boat tour) which were equally excellent. Again our guide got us to the entrance for each activity with clear instructions on what we would do and where to meet up. The 2 hours of free time was also just right to a joy the view while walking the promenade. Compliments to the organisers, driver and especially our guide.★

Without a doubt, one of the favorite cities in Canada (Toronto).
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by C.J., he introduced us to everyone in our group. We felt welcomed, it was such a friendly atmosphere, we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour were extremely good, very flexible , and he deserves a special thanks. We had hours of a great time, which obviously also added up to the experience.
C.J. is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking with the small group (six of us) through the area(s) in Toronto (on land and on the water). The distillery district was beautiful, and it was a relief to walk in such a peaceful environment.
The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for C.J., who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide!

It was a fantastic day trip!! We got picked up outside of the hotel. Comfortable bus. The only issue I had was the speaker on the bus kept making whistling noise the entire time the man was speaking so by the time we got to where we were, I had a headache from it. I wasn't even sure if it was from the Speaker but on the way back he wasn't talking and there was no noise so it had to be. The wine tasting is at the wine college of Ontario. Niagara falls is beautiful some got to go on the boat our package didn't offer that. We decided to walk into town and explore the downtown Niagara falls area instead. After that we spent time taking pictures near the falls and then met back with the bus. We then ventured into the town of Niagara. Very cute little shops and lots of different ice cream shops. Then went back to Toronto after that. Definitely worth the bus ride and no stress of driving yourself!! Definitely a great trip and I look forward to booking another just like it!
