enjoyed the trip very much. from booking to redeem, all good. it just that i wish i knew that the Reserved Seat ticket is actually limited to 5 times only. so plan your trip well, especially when in Tottori & Shimane, the express train mostly only All Seat Reserved Seat

Deal, easy to use, very convenient! If you are at the big station exchange machine, you must reserve enough time. I spent 25 minutes at Kansai Airport and there is a special person to teach exchange!
