He has been on the path twice with Aram. He knows to trace the North Light unfailingly. Super enthusiastic he tells about how and what, making as many photos as you want. Heat brass juice and traditional canecake. Marshmallows roasting. Very enjoyed.

My family and I took a trip with the Northern Shots tour on Thursday 29th Feb but unfortunately there were no northern lights due to heavy cloud cover and snowfall. We were very disappointed but have to say that the guide was amazing and kept us entertained with stories and information about the northern lights so it wasn’t a completely wasted trip. I decided to take advantage of the 50% discount and rebooked for Sunday March 3rd as we were leaving and heading back to Dubai on the 4th. After driving for only 30mins outside of Tromso we stopped and saw the most incredible dancing lights. They were visible for around 3 hours and the colours were amazing. Our guide encouraged us not to get carried away taking photos and just enjoy the experience as in his view, these were the best northern lights that had been seen all season. I was sad my family had decided not to join me for the second trip but happy to hear they did actually see the lights in Tromso. They didn’t stay as long and the colours seemed different , maybe because of light pollution but at least they saw them. I would highly recommend Northern Shots Tours. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
