Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.

I really enjoyed the cruise, the program, and the staff. The cabins were warm, but it's best to bring warmer clothes as it gets chilly on deck in the evenings. The only downside to this cruise is that no drinks are included in the buffet; tea starts at $2, and alcohol starts at $5. There was a time when they offered free mocktails (actually juice), and coffee and juice were provided at the first breakfast; otherwise, you have to order.

Amazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. I called Harry, and even though I woke him up, he was incredibly calm and helpful. He quickly found us another bus, guided us to a new pickup point, and made sure we were taken care of. What really stood out was that he didn’t stop there — he also helped arrange our return to Hanoi and even checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well. Harry went far beyond what I expected, and turnedAmazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. I called Harry, and even though I woke him up, he was incr a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!


