The booking process was safe and fast, far exceeding my expectations. I discovered that Trip.com allows me to book Japanese express buses, saving me the hassle of booking through a Japanese website. After booking, the order appears on my Trip.com trip list. I arrived at the bus station before my departure time, showed the driver my booking information on my phone, and after verification, I boarded the bus. The express bus seats were comfortable, and there was even a restroom. The driver was attentive, even letting us off the bus to use the restroom midway, and carefully counting the number of passengers before continuing the journey.★

The scenery was really nice, and the itinerary was alright, but the tour guide in Kunming was terrible, which ruined my enjoyment of the scenery.
