Matthew, our guide, was wonderful! - amazing spirit and enthusiasm for bringen one closer to Malta through food. The chocolate tasting, although not my favorite “taste” was indeed the most insightful - goat cheese pepper chocolate, I mean really!! Plenty of food- you get loads at the last stop and plenty of “off script” city information. Was a bit pricey I felt but I still recommend to travelers.

Highly recommend this food and walking tour. Chris was a super engaging guide and we learned a lot about Valletta. He kindly accommodated my food restriction, providing an alternative when applicable. And the food itself was wonderful!! A wonderful mix of sweet and savory, all from family-run establishments. The drinks were fun too! We finished the day very full and happy

what a lovely way to spend an evening in Valletta! We were greeted happily by the charming owner of the restaurant Koccio, which is located at the bottom of the St. Lucia steps overlooking the beautiful church. All up the street are other diners laughing and chatting, music is playing and the ambiance is fabulous. Our drinks were terrific, and the charcuterie platter with cheeses, bread, prosciutto, eggplant, potatoes, local jelly, and more, was absolutely delicious!! We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Sergio is a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, great to talk to, and his 52’ sailboat is very nice. We were a party of four, and it was worth every penny. We’ve done the big, busy ship tours before, and while that was fun, this is at another level. We also arranged for lunch on board and it was the highlight of the day. Worth every penny! We would definitely sail with Sergio and Clara again. Cheers!


