The Shangri-La's Sariah Hotel in Sabah was excellent. Since it was our honeymoon, we informed Ctrip customer service of our travel plans over the phone. Ctrip then notified the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The bed was covered with a large heart of roses, and the hotel's housekeeping manager had written us a greeting card, along with fruit and chocolates – very thoughtful! Thank you to Ctrip customer service for contacting the hotel so promptly; it added an unexpected surprise to our trip. I will definitely choose Ctrip again for my next independent trip; it's truly convenient and reliable. Thank you!

Everything was professionally organized and smooth. The guide Lily is the best at what she does. Just enough information to keep us entertained, but not too much so that we could explore and rest on our own too!! Absolutely recommend ❤️
